Casamigos Jovan Mezcal is a product of the highly-acclaimed Casamigos brand tequila, co-founded by international superstar George Clooney. This pristinely crafted liquor was first launched in 2018 and is the fourth varietal released by Casamigos, following the brands blanco, reposado, and anejo iterations. Crafted from 100% espadin agave harvested from Santiago Matalan, Oaxaca Mexico, Casamigos Jovan Mezcal combines tradition with innovation – using a two-ton volcanic rock tahona wheel to crush the cooked agave. After fermenting for 2-8 days, the mixture is then double-distilled and rested for a minimum of 1 month prior to being bottled at 40% ABV. The result is a refined mezcal both smoky and clear with tones of sweet agave rolling towards an extremely light finish.…
