Joining the masterfully dedicated team at Lagavulin distillery, Offerman is proud to take part in the release of his namesake of liquors – the Offerman Edition 11 year old single malt scotch. Each bottle of this amber liquid has individual quotes from Offerman depicting the collaboration between the actor and Langavulin. The aroma of this scotch picks up rich, dark peat along with light wafts of grandma’s baked fruit cake. Sweet peeks of golden pear along with notes of apple and bright citrus soon follow. Complimenting this rich aroma is a flavor Offerman himself is exceptionally proud to enjoy. With notes of dewy peat, sun kissed orchard fruits and warm creamy malt along with light shifts of baked butter tarts sprinkled with roasted nuts. Tannic, fine leather and vanilla fondant with a smoky haze glide in for a sublimely deep flavor profile and long finish.…

About the brand

Lagavulin Scotch is produced by Lagavulin Distillery, one of the oldest distilleries in the heart of the iconic island of Islay, in Scotland. The distillery dates back to 1816 and was built by John Johnston and Archibald Campbell Brooks. Known for its slow distillation and unique pear-shaped pot stills, the brand offers a vast array of iterations including spirits matured in American oak, sherry-aged distillations, and single malts all created from over 200 years of historically relevant whisky manufacturing. Lagavulin’s classic and extremely popular 16 year old Scotch won four double gold medals from 2005 - 2008 at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition and went on to claim the Best Distillers Single Malt in 2017. Purchased by renowned liquor conglomerate Diageo in 1989, Lagavulin continues to be one of the world’s leading Islay Scotch producers.
