Toasy oak with butterscotch directly off the back. Long completion and somewhat sleek on the tongue. Holds caramel with consumed sugar notes and closes with a light cherry taste. Included a drop or 2 of spring water to open up. Exceptionally lovely nose and communicated the flavors a considerable amount increasingly conspicuous. Intially directly in your face however the completion waits long enough which makes it justified despite all the trouble
