Sweet on the facade of the tongue. Falls sort of level mid tongue however has a zesty chomp as far as possible.

Tasting Notes

Nose

Rich with dense notes of sweet, cherry heavy dark fruit, oak, caramel corn, cocoa and bits of leather, toasted grains, spice and vanilla. It’s a fantastic aroma.

Taste

Cherry heavy dried dark fruit, vanilla, caramel corn, oak, spice and a bit biscuity with light notes of toasted grain, butterscotch and leather. In a way it reminds me of a cherry vanilla coke.

Finish

Long fade of toasted grains, toffee, leather, oak, spice and dark fruit.
