Tasted at the mind blowing Chami Bar in Davos a humble bar that simply happens to sell measures of unicorn single malts at the cost of a standard Scotch in New York. The stunning thing about this whisky is that the flavors continue changing in the mouth starting with one thing then onto the next and another and afterward back once more falling and rising like the eponymous phoenix. I wasn' t ready to take notes at that point however it was completely adjusted and smooth.
