Aged to perfection since 1981, Parker’s Heritage Collection 27 year old Small Batch bourbon is the 2nd edition in a series of continuum of delicious whiskey produced by the divinely gifted Heaven Hills distillery. Your senses are filled with wafts of bright yellow fruits wrapped in richly waxed paper and layered with bites of paraffin, sticky resin, and just a hint of butter. The taste is just as thrilling with tides of newly buttered corn, warm with a touch of roasted oak, over hits of sugary corn syrup and bursts of richly drenched popcorn. Boughs of fire branded wood peak through along with a slow and lasting romance of honey. The finish if this full bodied whiskey is one of drying tobacco leaves hung along beams of aged oak and dripping streams if new honey.
